Two pedestrians got hit by a car on Broadway in Malden in January of this year. Comments posted show the peoples outrage with the the traffic issues in this specific area. Pedestrian safety has been an issue for more than 50 years, due to several issues such as the lack of traffic lights in the area.

Car Hits Two Victims on Broadway, Both in Serious Condition. A car hit two pedestrians near 99 Gas on Broadway Wednesday night.

While at work a crossing guard in Everett is constantly under threatening circumstances and was hit and dies while trying to help kids cross the road.
